Evident is an AI-assisted evidence analysis and document-intelligence platform operated by LeftSock Labs. It is an informational and organizational tool only. The disclaimers below are important — please read them before relying on any output from the Service.

1.Not Professional Advice

Evident does not provide professional advice of any kind. Specifically, Evident:

  • Is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services;
  • Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
  • Does not provide insurance advice, representation, or claims adjusting;
  • Is not VA-accredited and does not provide accredited representation before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs;
  • Does not create an attorney-client relationship;
  • Does not create a doctor-patient relationship;
  • Does not guarantee any outcome, rating, award, approval, or result of any kind.

2.Independent Professional Review

Evident is designed to help you organize information and understand your records — not to replace qualified professionals. The Service uses AI. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI findings should be independently reviewed and verified before use;
  • AI analyses are informational only and are not professional advice;
  • You remain responsible for all decisions, filings, and submissions you make;
  • Outputs should not be relied upon as legal, medical, insurance, or other professional advice.

4.No Guarantee of Outcomes

Claims, appeals, and similar processes are inherently uncertain. Evident cannot and does not predict or guarantee any rating, benefit, approval, reversal, or other result. Any examples, scores, or projections shown in the Service are illustrative only.

5.Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of any document, statement, report, or analysis before submitting it to any agency, insurer, court, or other party. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Service and any reliance on its outputs.

6.Required Acknowledgment Before Uploading Records

Before uploading records, every user must affirmatively acknowledge the following statement:
